An information leaflet containing the details of the World Day of Prayer for Animals (October 4th or nearest convenient Sunday". The aim of the day was to focus attention and prayers towards the end of suffering to animals.

Published on behalf of Mrs M.W. Lawson, regional organiser for Scotland of the Society of United Prayer for Animals by the SSPV.

A printed copy of an address, given by the Rt. Hon. Lord Houghtor on Sowerby at Worcester Cathedral, in which he refers to an address Clive Hollands gave at Westminster Cathedral. The document concerns the relationship between Christianity and animal welfare.

This leaflet was withdrawn from circulation April 1990.

A printed copy of an address given by The Right Reverend Hugh Montefiore, at Westminster Abbey, Sunday 3rd October 1976, to mark the eve of World Day of Prayers for Animals during Animal Welfare Year.

Published by the SSPV until it was withdrawn March 1986.
